Terms of Service for Support Ticket Submission

Welcome to the Client Portal Plus (CPP+) Support Ticket System. By submitting a support ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit a ticket.

1. Scope of Support

1.1. Support is provided for the official CPP+ WordPress plugin only. 1.2. Support covers installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and general guidance related to the plugin’s functionality. 1.3. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, themes, custom modifications, or issues unrelated to our plugin. 1.4. Support does not include customization or development services.

2. Ticket Submission Guidelines

2.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a support ticket, including relevant error messages, steps to reproduce issues, and website details if applicable. 2.2. Tickets containing offensive language, spam, or abusive behavior will be ignored and may result in account suspension. 2.3. Users are responsible for backing up their website before implementing any suggested solutions. 2.4. Support is provided in English unless otherwise specified.

3. Response Time

3.1. We aim to respond to support tickets within 3 business days, but response times may vary based on ticket volume and complexity. 3.2. Priority support may be available for premium users, subject to the terms of their license agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. CPP+ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 4.2. We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or other issues resulting from the use of our plugin or the implementation of suggested solutions. 4.3. Users agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the plugin’s premium version.

5. Modifications to Terms

5.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 5.2. Continued use of the support ticket system after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. By submitting a ticket, you agree that we may collect and store your provided information for the purpose of resolving your inquiry. 6.2. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to provide support services. 6.3. Do not submit sensitive information (e.g., passwords, personal financial data) through the support ticket system.

7. Termination of Support

7.1. We reserve the right to refuse support or terminate a user’s access to the support ticket system for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, excessive demands, or violation of these terms. 7.2. Users who violate these terms may be banned from submitting future support requests.
