Secure & convenient

The File Sharing page provides a secure and convenient way to exchange files between you and your clients directly within the client portal. Administrators can effortlessly upload documents, images, or other supported files specifically for individual clients, ensuring privacy and organized document management. Clients can easily access these files from their dedicated portal pages, creating a centralized location for all shared materials.

Additionally, the File Sharing functionality supports two-way communication by allowing clients themselves to upload files to share with administrators. This feature streamlines collaborative workflows, saves time, and keeps all communication and document exchanges organized within the client portal environment. Administrators maintain control over file size limits and permitted file types, enhancing security and system management.

Fast & easy collaboration

Allow the upload and viewing of files by your client on the go with a dedicated section for files right on their custom client page for easy reference through any web browser.

Centralized location

Upload, download, review, or delete… all in one centralized location with access by WordPress user assigned permissions. Admins enjoy access to all files from the backend while clients see only those related to their own project(s).
